Stokesley & Villages Repair Cafe, Saltburn Repair Cafe, Middlesbrough Repair Cafe, Upper Eskdale Repair Cafe, Northallerton Repair Cafe, Richmond Repair Cafe and Thirsk Repair Cafe are working together to run a repair cafe at the Festival of Thrift at Kirkleatham on Saturday 4th July and Sunday 5th July (11am – 5pm).
If you are already part of the teams at one of the local repair cafes, and would like to help, then please fill out the volunteer form.
We expect to be situated in the Bothy Gallery (~17m x ~3.5m) at the Kirkleatham Walled Garden.
This fantastic indoor space means we will be able to do lots of repairing.
Please bring items which are portable enough for you to carry onto and around the Festival of Thrift site. We plan to be able to fix household items, electrical appliances, textiles, ceramics, laptops, mobile phones, clocks, bikes, small wooden items, …..
