A Give and Take event is a community gathering where people bring items they no longer need and take home things that others have donated—for free! It’s a great way to reduce waste, promote reuse, and support a circular economy.
How it Works:
- Give: People drop off unwanted but usable household items (e.g., books, clothes, kitchenware, toys, and more).
- Take: Attendees browse the donated items and take whatever they can use—without any need for direct swaps or money.
- Leftovers: Any unclaimed items will be donated to charity, recycled, or repurposed.
