Apple pressing 2024
We had a great time pressing apples again this year. Approx. 1,250 kg of apples were pressed to make 470 litres of juice. Some local cows and llamas were amongst the animals that enjoyed the apple pomace that was left when the apples were pressed, so nothing went to waste.
