agfc – Our visions for the Future

Simon Gibbon – CASaV Steering Group Member / Waste Group Leader

I don’t see a future where we look to get the most benefit from what we use and don’t just look for the cheapest way to do things.

There will have been lots of changes, and change is always a challenge.

A quieter world where the continuous noise of cars will have been replaced by the intermittent noise of buses and trains, where the smoke from energy from waste plants will have been replaced by gently spinning wind turbines, nature coming back to around our homes, flowers in verges, …

Finding I am not alone in trying to create a better future world inspire me to keep on trying.
I am still trying to find the way to move everybody on from questioning what is now proven to how we all ensure a better future.
