On Saturday 26th March – 2pm – 5pm we plan to run a Climate Fresk Workshop – numbers are limited so please email srgibbon@googlemail.com if you would like to attend.
Don’t have time to read the 2,000-page IPCC report? The Climate Fresk allows you to understand the essential issues of climate change in order to take action.
Climate Fresk is a participatory and creative activity on the hottest topic of the century – climate change – and you are invited to join in!
The workshop is based on a 42-card game. Each card represents an element, a cause or a consequence of climate change. As a team, guided by your facilitator, you find the cause-effect relationship between the different components of climate change. Collective intelligence will get you from one deck of cards to the next!
Climate Fresk is a French NGO, created in 2018 by Cédric Ringenbach. Its goal is to promote quality climate education throughout the world, by spreading the Climate Fresk workshop, and training and upskilling facilitators. The workshop is a collective intelligence game, based on IPCC reports, that enables everyone to understand the causes and consequences of climate change.
